As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to schools, ensuring smooth operations of their technology systems. Your primary duties will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing guidance on technology usage.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to IT support requests and providing timely resolutions.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity and peripheral device issues.
- Assisting with the setup and maintenance of servers, routers, and switches.
- Conducting regular system audits and backups.
- Assisting staff with technology-related inquiries and providing user training as needed.
- Collaborating with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus but not a requirement.
